Dr. Unobe has been a GP for over 15 years with a wealth of experience in 3 different continents.
Dr John Okpe is a doctor with over 2 decades of GP experience working at different capacities.
Dr Ai Sakamoto is a General Practitioner with over 10 years of medical experience in Japan.

Fees
Evatt Medical Centre offers Medicare Bulk Billing for all Medicare Card Holders for general consultations.
Please be aware that all non-general consultations and specialised services or procedures, will have an out-of-pocket fee not covered under Medicare, depending on the nature of the treatment.
Our team will inform patients in advance if any charges apply.
Most consultations are time-based and will incur private fees for patients who are not eligible under the bulk-billing criteria. Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
We are still able to bulk bill eligible patient groups for general consultation types, those eligible are;
- Concession Card Holders
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
- 16 yrs and under

*Please note that only eligible patients who hold a Medicare card will be bulk billed however, fees apply for all private procedures, workcover and other private appointments which cannot be billed under medicare.
**All Worker Compensation patients must pay on the day until their insurer provides a claim number to the practice.

- Immunisation/Vaccines (not covered under Medicare)
- Drivers Medical Assessment
- Travel Medicine
- Procedures (including cervical screenings, all skin procedures, ear syringing, cyro and others)
- Reports
- Pre-employment
- Skin Treatment
- Wound Care
*Cancellation and Did Not Attend (DNA) Policy: appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or an appointment where the patient ‘Did Not Attend (DNA)’ without giving sufficient notice (24 HOURS), will incur a ‘Late Cancellation fee or Did Not Attend Fee (DNA fee)’. The fee DNA Fee charged will be dependent on the appointment type that was booked as such, please call our reception at 02 6128 0753 for more information.
**If a patient is needing to cancel an appointment that is booked on the a Monday however the centre is closed due to the weekend, we ask that the patient email through to the centre email or leave a voicemail.

We take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. Evatt Medical Centre is equipped to protect the confidentiality and privacy of all your health records.

For the continuing management of our patient’s health, we utilise a systematic reminder system to provide health promotion, preventative care and early detection of disease.
